Return Policy

Under European Union law, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The deadline for withdrawal from the contract expires after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you came into possession of the item.

We do not require a receipt or paper proof of purchase – all that is required is information identifying the customer and the order.

The cost of return shipping is covered by the customer.

Once your return has been approved, you will receive a return label and instructions on how to return your package.

Refunds will be made no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for purchase, unless we agree otherwise.
